Four Points Middle shares an environmentally sensitive site with Vandergrift High School and Monroe Stadium. This approach allows shared parking and efficient on-site utilities and roads. Four Points Middle School is a two story tilt-wall construction facility. It is organized with two main pedestrian walkways that bring in natural light. The first is anchored by the main building entry and serves the Administration, Media Center, and Academic Areas. It terminates at the second main pedestrian walkway which serves Fine Arts, Athletics and Cafeteria. Each main pedestrian walkway can function independently providing efficient after hours use.

Construction Cost:  $32,567,752
